Abstract:

Analýza nákupních činností ve společnosti Smurfit Kappa Czech, s. r. o., závod Žebrák je nástrojem k naplnění cíle této bakalářské práce, kterým je zlepšení těchto činností. V teoretické části jsou popsány a vymezeny jednotlivé nákupní činnosti. V praktické části je provedena analýza stěžejních nákupních činností, zejména hodnocení dodavatelů. Na základě výsledků analýzy jsou navrhnuty úspory a další doporučení.

Abstract:

Analysis of purchasing activities in the company Smurfit Kappa Czech, s. r. o., plant Žebrák is a tool to achieve the objective of this bachelor thesis, which is to improve these activities. The theoretical part of thesis describes and defines the particular purchasing activities in particular evaluation of suppliers. In the practical part of thesis are analyzed the key purchasing activities. Based on the results of the analysis are suggested savings and other recommendations.
