Abstract:
Práce se zabývá řešením a zpracováním návrhu technologie výroby výkovku. Jsou zde v teoretické části rozebrány jednotlivé a nezbytné kroky technologického postupu. Vlastní řešení je realizováno v druhé části práce na konkrétní součásti nerotačního tvaru kované z oceli S355J2G3 (11523). Výroba je realizována na klikovém kovacím lise LMZ 1600.
Abstract:
Thesis deal with solution and processing of technological design forging production. There are analyzed single and necessary steps of technological progress in theoretical part. Own solution is realized in the second part of this work at concrete component no rotation form forged of steel S355J2G3 (11523). Production is realized at crank forget press LMZ 1600.
