Game Theory in a business praxis

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je věnována vědnímu oboru, zvanému teorie her a díky této práci si názorně popíšeme a na vybraném problému ukážeme základní myšlenky a postupy teorie her, které byly stanoveny různými světovými profesory, jako jsou třeba John von Neumann, Oskar Morgenstern nebo John Forbes Nash, a českými profesory jako třeba Radim Valenčík. Cílem této práce je aplikovat jejich názory a postupy v reálném životě člověka či společnosti. Společnost, která byla použita jako hlavní postava této práce je společnost Velvana, a. s. a to z toho důvodu, že autor této práce má zkušenosti s touto společností. Ukážeme si, jaké možnosti se této společnosti nabízejí, aby mohla zvýšit podíl na trhu nebo ho zcela ovládnout.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to science field called game theory and because of this work we will describe and the basic ideas and methods of the game theory, which have been established by different world professors like John von Neumann, Oskar Morgenstern and John Forbes Nash, and Czech professors such as Radim Valenčík. The aim of this work is to apply their methods and practices in a real life of person or company. The company, which was used as the main character of this work is Velvana, and as a reason is that the author of this work has experiences with this company. We will show you the possibilities, which is offered by this company in order to increase market part or control it completely.
