Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma "Insolvenční zákon v praxi -- osobní bankrot" se zabývá jednou z forem řešení úpadku či hrozícího úpadku dlužných nepodnikatelských subjektů a tou je oddlužení tzv. osobním bankrotem. V práci je sledováno množství podaných a odmítnutých návrhů na povolení oddlužení, jsou shrnuty nejčastější důvody pro jejich podání a chyby v odmítnutých návrzích. Thesis on "Insolvency Law in Practice - Personal Bankruptcy" deals with a form of resolving insolvency or impending insolvency of due non-business entities, and that is the debt relief so-called personal bankruptcy.
