Tato práce pojednává, jak již samotný název napovídá, o trestném činu znásilnění z pohledu kriminalistické metodiky a její jednotlivé metody využitelné pro tento trestný čin. První kapitola, pokud nepočítáme úvod, obsahuje vymezení pojmu trestný čin znásilnění a jeho jednotlivé zařazení mezi vědní obory. This thesis analyzes the criminalistic methods of rape investigation. The first chapter generally defines the offense and consequently the crime of rape and rape itself from the perspective of psychology and sociology.
