Abstract:

MUNKOVA, Simona. Spa and thermal healing springs as a part of the travel and tourism industry in Slovakia. [Master' s Dissertation] The Institute of Hospitality Management. Prague: 2019. Total number of pages 82. This master's thesis is about an issue of the spa services in Slovakia of which the meaning is getting more into the broaden subconscious of people. The aim is to evaluate the meaning off the spas and thermal healing springs in the tourism in Slovakia. The master's thesis consists of three parts. The first part of it acquaint us with some theoretical recourses which include the characteristic and definition of the spa tourism and spa services area in the Slovak republic. Then there is a history, spa care and also the natural healing resources. What is does at the same time is describing the spa care, providing the natural healing mineral waters and the legal legislation that is about the Slovak spa services. The second analytical part is about the state service organs operating in the spa services area in the Slovak republic along with an entrepreneurial activity in the area of spa services and up-to-date trends. It also consists of my own comparative analysis of two chosen spa units in Slovakia. The analysis was realized by means of the method picking the primary data and then by a technique of questionnaire economizing for both spa units. In the end there was also realized a directed interview in one of those. The last third part consists of the suggestions and recommendations of the chosen spa units. The suggested ones are the possibilities and ways of its development. These are especially aimed for an offer of services and improvement of taking care of the visitors that stems from the comparative and analytical results.

MUNKOVÁ, Simona. Kúpele a termálne liečivé pramene ako súčasť cestovného ruchu na Slovensku. [Diplomová práca] Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2019. 82 s. Táto diplomová práca sa venuje problematike kúpeľníctva na Slovensku, ktorého význam sa čoraz viac dostáva do širokého povedomia ľudí. Cieľom práce je posúdiť význam kúpeľov a termálnych liečivých prameňov v cestovnom ruchu na Slovensku. Práca sa skladá z troch častí. Prvá časť práce oboznamuje s teoretickými východiskami, ktoré zahŕňajú charakteristiku a definíciu oblasti kúpeľného cestovného ruchu a kúpeľníctva Slovenskej republiky, históriu, kúpeľnú starostlivosť a tiež prírodné liečivé zdroje. Zároveň popisuje kúpeľnú liečbu, zabezpečenie prírodných liečivých minerálnych vôd a právnu úpravu tykajúcu sa slovenského kúpeľníctva. Analytická časť sa venuje orgánom štátnej správy, ktoré pôsobia v oblasti kúpeľníctva Slovenskej republiky, podnikateľskej činnosti v oblasti kúpeľníctva a novodobým trendom. Obsahuje tiež moju vlastnú komparatívnu analýzu dvoch vybraných kúpeľných zariadení na Slovensku. Analýza bola zrealizovaná prostredníctvom metódy zberu primárnych dát, technikou dotazníkového šetrenia u oboch kúpeľných zariadení a zrealizovaný bol aj riadený rozhovor v jednom zo zariadení. Posledná tretia časť pozostáva z návrhov a odporúčaní pre zvolené kúpeľné zariadenia. Navrhnuté sú možnosti a spôsoby rozvoja zamerané na ponuku služieb a zlepšenie starostlivosti o kúpeľných hostí, ktoré vychádzajú z výsledkov komparácie a analýzy.
