Bakalářská práce se zabývá vybranými alternativními zdroji financování podniku. Důvodem volby tématu je pestrá škála možností financování podniku, ucelení pojmu alternativní zdroje financování, následná teoretická analýza jednotlivých produktů a podrobnější zpracování tří vybraných produktů - factoringu, forfaitingu a leasingu.
