Cílem následující práce je ilustrovat faktory, které determinují výběr vlastních jmen, přijímaných příslušníky vietnamské národnosti dlouhodobě žijícími v České Republice. Zkoumá také přezdívky, které Vietnamci užívají při kontaktu s příslušníky majoritní společnosti. Abstract:
The aim of further thesis is to illustrate the features determining first names adopted by Vietnamese people permanently living in Czech Republic. Moreover it examines the nicknames used by members of Vietnamese society to present themselves in contact with the dominant inhabitants of Czech Republic (Czech people).
