Cílem je poukázat na to, zda je spolupráce s logistickou firmou pro společnost efektivní. In this thesis I will analyze the outsourcing processes of a logistics company Lahůdky- Palma spol. s r.o., which used to ensure its logistics itself in the past. The objective is to point out, if the cooperation with an external logistics company is effective for the company.
