Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá age managementem ve vybraném podniku. První část práce vymezuje diverzitu, diversity management a age management. Druhá část obsahuje charakteristiku podniku a analýzu věkové struktury a age managementu. Na závěr práce navrhuje doporučení ke zlepšení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with age management in selected company. The first part defines diversity, diversity management and age management. The second part contains the description of selected company and analysis of age structure and age management. The last part suggests improvements.
