Use of parol advice in dealing with crimes related to parolees

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na využití parolových rad při řešení trestné činnosti související s podmínečně propuštěnými odsouzenými. Nejprve je pozornost věnována teorii kriminality mládeže a mladistvých, popis trestního řízení ve zvláštním režimu a také možné postihy mládeže a mladistvých, které existují a hrozí. Také se zabývá komisí pro podmínečné propuštění z výkonu trestu a přesněji tedy využitý parolových rad. V další části práce je provedena analýza zaměřená na komise pro podmíněné propuštění, a především na parolová slyšení a pokusí se zodpovědět otázku, jaká existuje shoda mezi návrhem komise a rozhodnutím soudu o podmíněné propuštění. Výsledky analýzy jsou nakonec porovnány s předem danými hypotézami a je vyhodnocen přínos parolových rad v trestním řízení.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the use of parole boards in dealing with criminal activity related to parolees. First, attention is paid to the theory of youth and juvenile crime, a description of criminal proceedings in a special regime, as well as possible penalties for youth and juveniles that exist and are threatened. It also deals with the parole board and, more precisely, the parole board. In the next part of the work, an analysis focused on parole commissions, and especially on parole hearings, is carried out and an attempt is made to answer the question of what agreement there is between the commission's proposal and the court's decision on parole. Finally, the results of the analysis are compared with previously given hypotheses and the contribution of parole boards in criminal proceedings is evaluated.
