Legal tools of tax optimization in an entrepreneurship of a natural person

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se chci věnovat legální optimalizaci daní pro fyzickou osobu za zdaňovací období 2019. Tohle téma je téměř každodenní starost každého podnikatele. Vědět, jaké má podnikatel možnosti v oblasti optimalizace daní je velmi důležitá, nejen pro podnikatele samotného, ale i pro osobu, která podnikateli spravuje účetnictví. Se znalostí oboru daňové optimalizace je možné podnikateli co nejvíce snížit daňový základ, ze kterého bude následně povinen odvádět daň. Vhodná daňová optimalizace může podnikateli ušetřit finanční prostředky, které může věnovat například na další investice či rozvoj podnikání. Cílem mé bakalářské práce bude na základě analýzy daňového přiznání podnikající fyzické osoby za zdaňovací období 2019 zjistit, zda využila všechny možnosti daňové optimalizace. Dílčím cílem práce bude zmapování možností optimalizace daní v zákoně o daních z příjmů.

Abstract:

In my bachelor's thesis I want to focus on the legal optimization of taxes for individuals for the tax period 2019. This topic is almost a daily concern of every entrepreneur. Knowing what options an entrepreneur has in the field of tax optimization is important, not only for the entrepreneur himself, but also for the person who manages the entrepreneur's accounting. With the knowledge of the field of tax optimization, it is possible for the entrepreneur to reduce the tax base as much as possible, from which he will subsequently be obliged to pay tax. Appropriate tax optimization can save entrepreneurs financial resources, which they can spend, for example, on further investments or business development. The aim of my bachelor's thesis will be to determine, based on the analysis of the tax return of a natural person engaged in business for the 2019 tax period, whether it has used all the possibilities of tax optimization. A partial goal of the work will be to map the possibilities of tax optimization in the Income Tax Act.
