Child prostitution – tactic of interrogation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem dětské prostituce, především pak obětí dětské prostituce. Součástí práce je objasnění základních pojmů souvisejících s dětskou prostitucí a vysvětlení některých souvislostí. Značná část práce je věnována pojmu dítě a podrobnějšímu vysvětlení chování dítěte v jednotlivých věkových kategoriích. Hlavní část práce se zaměřuje na výslechy dětských obětí a důležité zásady vedení výslechu, vzhledem k věku dětské oběti. Na závěr jsou zde pomocí metody komparace zodpovězeny hlavní otázky, které si tato práce klade, především pak otázka rozdílnosti výslechů oběti dětské prostituce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with theme of child prostitution, especially victim of child prostitution. Part of the thesis is explanation of basic concepts related with child prostitution and explanation some contexts. A significant part of thesis is devoted to the concept of a child and more detailed explanation of behavior of the child in each age categories. The main part of the thesis is focuses on interrogations of child victims and important principles of interrogation due to age of child victim. In conclusion main questions are answered by using the comparison method, primarily the question of the difference in interrogations of victim of child prostitution.
