Physiotherapy in patient after carpal tunnel surgery

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití fyzioterapie u pacientky po operaci karpálního tunelu. V teoretické části je popsána definice, historie onemocnění, anatomie a kineziologie ruky, etiologie onemocnění, jak se vyšetřuje a jak probíhá léčba. V praktické části je popsána kazuistika pacientky po operaci karpálního tunelu. Je provedeno předoperační a pooperační vyšetření, fyzioterapeutická intervence a následné zhodnocení stavu pacientky v rámci výstupního vyšetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the utilization of physiotherapy in a patient after carpal tunnel surgery. The theoretical part describes the definition, history of the disease, anatomy and kinesiology of the hand, etiology of the disease, examination procedures, and treatment process. The practical part presents a case study of a patient after carpal tunnel surgery. It includes preoperative and postoperative examinations, physiotherapy interventions, and subsequent evaluation of the patient's condition during the follow-up examination.
