Abstract:

Ghisi T. Brno, 2020. Monitoring evapotranspirace a stresu suchem s využitím satelitního snímkování. Mendelova univerzita v Brně. Agronomická fakulta.Práce se věnuje monitorování a indikaci sucha v České krajině s využitím dat dálkového průzkumu Země. Hlavním předmětem monitorování sucha v diplomové práci je dynamický model ALEXI, který využívá satelitně měřenou povrchovou teplotu k určení množství aktuální evapotranspirace v krajině. S využitím modelu ALEXI práce identifikuje období sucha a jejich dopady na typické ekosystémy České republiky. V diplomové práci jsou použita také data AWP modelu SoilClim a kompozitní data indexu ESI.

Ghisi T. Brno, 2020. Monitoring of evapotranspiration and drought stress using remote sensing. Diploma thesis. Mendel University in Brno. Faculty of AgriSciences. This thesis is about monitoring and indication of drought in the Czech landscape using remote sensing data. The main subject of drought monitoring at thesis is the dynamic model ALEXI, which uses satellite-measured surface temperature to detect the amount of actual evapotranspiration. Using the ALEXI model, the work describes the periods and of drought and their impacts on typical ecosystems of the Czech landscape. The thesis also uses AWP data of the SoilClim model and composite data of the ESI index.
