Possibilities of using Smart Village Concept in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na energetickém zhodnocení ze strany spotřeby a výroby konceptu Smart Village v České republice. Práce se zabývá analýzou dopadů Smart Village na hladině NN (0,4 kV), připojenou do distribuční sítě na hladině VN (22 kV). První část kapitol se zabývá teoretickou částí, která je zaměřena na současný stav elektroenergetiky v České republice a jejího budoucího vývoje s ohledem na predikci energetického mixu zdrojů do roku 2040. V dalších kapitolách jsou zmíněny fotovoltaické elektrárny jako decentralizovaný zdroj energie, které jsou součástí mého modelu spolu s připojovacími a regulačními podmínkami, zmíněné v kodexu PS, dále PPDS a PPPS. V druhé části diplomové práce jsou zmíněny koncepce Smart Home, Smart Grid, Microgrid a Smart Metering k pochopení souvislostí s koncepcí Smart Village. Krátce je zmíněna problematika současného provozování fotovoltaických elektráren a jejich predikce rozvoje na hladině NN do roku 2040. Na tuto část teorie navazují modely, které simulují problematiku propojené distribuční sítě s danou Smart Village. Závěrečná část této diplomové práce je vytvoření modelu zaměřeného na jednoduché regulaci ze strany výroby a spotřeby. V souvislosti na výsledky z modelu, zhodnotím energetický stav dané Smart Village a posoudím možné dopady na DS, zda je výhodné se touto cestou budoucího rozvoje v energetickém mixu zdrojů vydat.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the energy of utilization on the side from the consumption and production of the Smart Village concept in the Czech Republic. The work deals with the parsing of the impacts of Smart Village on the LV level (0.4 kV), connected to the distribution network at the HV level (22 kV). The first phase of the chapters deals with the theoretical part, which is focused on the current state of electricity in the Czech Republic and its future development in respect of the prediction of energy mix until 2040. together with the control and connection conditions mentioned in the PS Code, as well as PPDS and PPPS. In the second phase of the thesis, the concepts of Smart Home, Smart Grid, Microgrid, and Smart Metering are mentioned to understanding the context of the concept of Smart Village. The issue of the current operation of photovoltaic power plants and their prediction of development at the LV level until 2040 is briefly mentioned. This part of the theory tag along with models that simulate the issue of an interconnected distribution network with a given Smart Village. The last phase of this diploma thesis is the creation of a model focused on simple regulation by production and consumption. In connection with the results of the model, I will evaluate the energy status of the Smart Village and assess the possible impacts on the DS, whether it is advantageous to take this path of future development in the energy mix of resources.
