Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou migrace Arménů, konkrétně migrací do České republiky po roce 1992. Pro lepší pochopení situace nabízí práce čtenářům výklad některých důležitých událostí v dějinách Arménů od počátku až po dnešní dny. Dále diplomová práce nastiňuje problematiku migrace obecně i konkrétně migraci Arménů, jako fenoménu nejen posledních desetiletí. Důležitou složkou pro kvalitní pochopení této problematiky, je porozumění arménské mentality, národní identity a etnicity. Výzkumná část práce je prezentací kvalitativního výzkumu, jehož cílem bylo zkoumat prožitky, zážitky, zkušenosti a psychologický dopad na osobnost emigranta. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 8 Arménů. Údaje byly získány metodou rozhovoru a pozorování.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issues of migration of the Armenians, specifically migration to Czech Republic since 1992. For better understanding the thesis provides readers explication of the most important events in Armenian history from the very beginning up to the present days. Furthermore, the diploma thesis outlines the issue of the migration in general and also specifically the migration of the Armenians, as phenomena not only of the last decade. An important component of good understanding of this issue is Armenian mentality, national identity and ethnicity. The empirical part of the thesis is the presentation of qualitative research, which aim was to examine feelings, experiences, experience and psychological impact on the personality of the emigrant. Eight Armenians participated in the research. The data were obtained by method of interview and observation.
