Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá financovaním podniku bankovým úverom alebo lízingom, práca je rozdelená do troch častí. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá teoretickým vymedzením podniku a možnosťami jeho financovania prostredníctvom bankového úveru a lízingu.
