Applications and possibilities of using energy storage devices in railway vehicles

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat výhody a nevýhody vybraných kapacitorů energie aplikovatelných v železničních vozidlech a rozhodnout o možnostech pro jaké účely by bylo vhodné jejich použití. V další části si práce dává za cíl navrhnout použití vybraného superkapacitoru energie pro pohon hnacího vozidla a dát odpověď na otázku o případné výhodnosti takového řešení v možném provozu.

This bachelor's work set a target to describe advantages and disadvantages of selected energy storage devices, which could be use in railway vehicles and make a decision of application, that energy storage devices can have in railway vehicles.
