Some Aspects of Teachers' Stress in the Kindergarten

Abstract:

Ve své teoreticko-aplikační práci se zaobírám problémem stresu u učitelek a učitelů mateřských škol. Má práce začíná teoretickou částí. Tuto část mám dále rozdělenou na čtyři kapitoly. Nejprve se ve své práci zaobírám definicí stresu. Po vymezení tohoto pojmu zmiňuji definice dalších pojmů, které se se slovem stres často pojí. V úvodní kapitole se také dotknu toho, jak na stres reagujeme a co u nás stres vyvolává. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na jednotlivé fáze stresové reakce. Na tyto fáze navazuji stresujícími situacemi, konkrétně těmi nejběžnějšími. Ve čtvrté kapitole se zaobírám možnostmi vyrovnání se se stresem a také prevencí stresu. V praktické části práce se zaměřuji na pedagogy mateřských škol. Mou snahou je zjistit jaké jsou jejich stresory v praxi. Zároveň se snažím zjistit, jestli jsou tito učitelé MŠ stresem ohroženi natolik, že to negativně ovlivňuje jejich zdraví.

Abstract:

In my theoretical-applicational thesis I am dealing with problems with stress of teachers in kindergartens. My thesis starts with theoretical part. I have divided this part into four chapters. Firstly, I am talking about the definition of the word stress. After these definitions I am mentioning definitions of other terms, which often connect with the word stress. In the opening chapter I am mentioning how we react to stress and what it causes. The second chapter is focused on phases of stress reaction. After these phases I am going to continue with stress situations, especially with the most common ones. In the fourth chapter I am focusing on the ways how to deal with stress and with the stress prevention. Applicational part is focused on teachers in kindergartens. My afford is to find out which stressors they feel in practice. At the same time I am trying to find out if these teachers are in danger that much, so it affects their health negatively.
