Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma zelená analytická chemie. Popisuje vývoj zelené analytické chemie a její principy. Dále popisuje principy jednotlivých extrakcí splňujících požadavky zelené analytické chemie a jejich aplikace na vzorky biologického původu.
Abstract:
This bachelor work focuses on the topic of green analytical chemistry. It describes the development of green analytical chemistry and its principles. In the next part is describes extract principles who is in the green chemistry line, and their application on the biological samples.
