Linguistic portraits of politicians
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou jazykových portrétů současných českých politiků. Jazyková analýza byla provedena na základě vlastního korpusu mluvené řeči. V teoretické části bylo popsáno několik aspektů politického jazyka, praktická část potom obsahuje konkrétní jazykové portréty sedmi lídrů politických stran, které uspěly v parlamentních volbách v roce 2013.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of language portraits of currently high ranking Czech politicians. Before carrying out the particular analysis the spoken language corpus had to be made. In the theoretical part I focused on chosen aspects of political language. The actual language portraits referred to seven Czech politicians who led their parties into parliamentary elections in 2013.
