Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o sociální službě Dům na půl cesty. Tyto zařízení poskytují služby mladým dospělým od 18 do 26 let věku, které opouštějí dětské domovy, výchovné ústavy, pěstounskou péči, diagnostické ústavy, jiná zařízení pro péči o děti a mládež, výkon trestu odnětí svobody nebo ochranné léčení. The bachelor thesis deals with the social service Halfway House. These facilities provide services to young adults between the ages of 18 and 26 who are leaving children's homes, foster care, diagnostic institutions, other child and youth care facilities, incarceration or protective treatment.
