Multinational corporations as an actor in the current international system

Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce nese název ?Nadnárodní korporace jako aktér v současném mezinárodním systému?. Mým cílem bylo představit nadnárodní korporaci jako významného aktéra, který působí na mezinárodní scéně. V první kapitole práce jsem se věnovala definování pojmu nadnárodní korporace a jeho právnímu vymezení. Analytická část práce je věnována vztahu mezi nadnárodní korporací a státem. Snažila jsem se zjistit, zda státy mohou ovlivňovat aktivity nadnárodních korporací. Značnou část pozornosti jsem věnovala činnosti nadnárodních koncernů a následným dopadům na stát, ekonomiku, společnost a životní prostředí.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is entitled ? Transnational corporation as an actor in the current international system ?. My purpose was to present transnational corporation as a mayor player, which operate on international scene. First chapter is devoted to define the concept of transnational corporation and its legal definition.The analytical part of the work deal with relation between transnational corporation and state. I tried to figure out, whether is possible to regulate action of transnational corporatin by the state structures. I devote considerable attention to the activities of multinational corporations and subsequent impact on the state, economy, society and environment
