Technology of creation documentation of the actual construction highway section

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice tvorby geodetické části dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby pro objekty spojené s výstavbou dálnic. Tento typ dokumentace se řídí zejména specifiky definovanými datovým předpisem B2, který byl vydán pro tyto účely Ředitelstvím silnic a dálnic ČR. V úvodních kapitolách diplomové práce je nastíněna problematika dokumentací skutečného provedení stavby z pohledu právních předpisů a požadavků Ředitelství silnic a dálnic ČR. Hlavním cílem této práce je návrh a tvorba komplexního nástroje, který zajistí zpracování geodeticky měřených vstupních dat po dobu realizace stavby dálnice až do výsledné grafické podoby umožňující předání dokumentace skutečného provedení stavby. Pro tento účel byla vybrána aplikace Kokeš s rozšířením DGNOUT a VRST, které je využito pro tvorbu digitálního modelu terénu. V dalších částech je za přispění praktických zkušeností požadovaná technologie vytvořena a použita při zpracování naměřených dat.

Abstract:

This Master´s Thesis describes the processes of development and creation of geodetic documentation which is used for the factual construction of installations and buildings during the construction of motorways. This type of documentation should be in compliance with the requirements stipulated by the B2 Rule elaborated by the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic. The introductory chapters develop the issue of documentations implementing the factual building construction from the legislative aspect and from the point of view stipulated by the Road and Motorway Directorate of the Czech Republic. The main objective of this work consists in a creation of a comprehensive tool which would provide processing of geodetically measured input data to their final graphic form enabling thus handover of the documentation. The Kokeš Application with the extension of the DGNOUT and VRST modules primarily used for the digital terrain model creation was selected for the given work as the most appropriate application. The descriptive parts explain the process of creation of the required technology which is used in data processing.
