Diplomová práce se zabývá charakteristikou dávky příspěvek na péči a jejím vývojem. Pozornost je věnována i průběhu řízení, orgánům, které o dávce rozhodují, opravným prostředkům a také možnosti kontroly využívání této dávky. The attention is also given to the procedure, the authorities, who decide on this benefit, remedies and options to control the use of this benefit.
