Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou epigenetických mechanismů ovlivňujících chování buněk, a to jak obecně (jejich význam a funkce ve zdravých tkáních), tak i ve vztahu k iniciaci a progresi nádorového onemocnění. The bachelor thesis deals with the characteristics of epigenetic mechanisms regulating cell behavior, both in general (their meaning and function in healthy tissues), and in relation to the initiation and progression of cancer.
