Deficience laktázy v současné české a moravské populaci

Lactase deficiency in contemporary Czech and Moravian population
Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo získání přehledu o procentuálním zastoupení jedinců trpících deficiencí laktázy v současné české a moravské populaci. Data byla získána metodou dotazníku. Respondenti byli tázani na věk, pohlaví, původu a projevy intolerance. Dotazníky vyplnilo 316 jedinců ve věku 11-81 let. 28 (8,86%) odpovídajících se považovalo za trpící deficiencní laktázy.
Abstract:
The aim of the study was to get an overview of the percentage of individuals suffering from lactase deficiency in contemporary Czech and Moravian population. Data were obtained through a questionnaire.
