Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití Comet assay pro hodnocení látek s genotoxickými účinky. Chemické látky, které se vyskytují v životním prostředí, mohou interagovat s DNA a poškodit tak genetickou informaci organismů. Proto je nutné mít přehled o takovýchto látkách. This bachelor thesis was focused on use of Comet assay for the assessing of substances with genotoxic effects. Chemical substances that are present in the environment may interact with DNA and cause damage of the genetic information of organisms. Therefore, it is appropriate keep overview of such substances.
