Impact of Ground Plan on the Price of Property
Abstract:
Tato práce je dělena na tři části a to na část teoretickou, praktickou a analytickou. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů územní plánování a metody oceňování. V části praktické jsou uvedeny dvě tržní ocenění. A v třetí části je analýza trhu na Táborsku.
Abstract:
This work is separated into free parts. Theoretical, practical and analytical part. Theoretical part is about description and explanation of terms of landscape planning and methods of evaluation of property. There are two market evaluation of property in the practical part. In the third part there is an analysis of market in vicinity of Tabor.
