Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme depozici tenkých polymerních vrstev v povrchovém dielektrickém bariérovém výboji za atmosférického tlaku. Depozice polymerní vrstvy probíhá v dusíku, do kterého se přidává několik procent propan-butanu, substrátem je sklo. Takovéto polymerní vrstvy vytváří hydrofilní povrch. Abstract:
In this thesis we study the deposition of thin polymer films in atmospheric pressure surface dielectric barrier discharge. The deposition of the polymer films took place in the nitrogen gas with a small percentage concentration of propane butane, the substrate is glass. These polymer films create hydrophilic surface.
