Flora and Vegetation of selected villages in the district of Znojmo

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá především flórou a jejím složením osmi obcí v okrese města Znojma. Obce byly vybrány s ohledem na jejich klimatické a antropické odlišnosti. Čtyři obce leží v příhraničí a jsou zanedbanější a čtyři obce leží ve vnitrozemí a jsou upravenější. Zároveň čtyři z těchto obcí leží v teplé klimatické oblasti a čtyři v mírné klimatické oblasti. Průzkum jsem prováděla v letech 2005, 2006 a 2007. V každé obci jsem psala dva seznamy rostlinných druhů, jeden pro intravilán, druhý pro extravilán. Pro dokumentaci vegetace jsem zapsala také 161 fytocenologických snímků. Celkem jsem nalezla 652 taxonů. Z tohoto počtu je padesát taxonů kriticky ohrožených, silně ohrožených nebo ohrožených, jeden druh byl považován za vyhynulý (Heliotropium europaeum) a jeden druh byl považován za nezvěstný (Camelina sativa subsp. sativa). Ve studovaných obcích se vyskytuje větší podíl archeofytů než neofytů, což mimo jiné ukazuje, že studované obce mají vesnický charakter. Podíl zavlečených druhů činí 40,6 %, a mírou synantropizace se tak podobají obcím z Českého krasu a městu Plzeň. Největší vliv na druhovou bohatost (domácích i zavlečených druhů v celých obcích a intravilánech) má pravděpodobně průměrná roční teplota. Ta totiž koreluje s většinou dalších faktorů se signifikantním vlivem na počet druhů (s plochou intravilánu, počtem obyvatel, počtem domů, podílem plochy zemědělského objektu, průměrnými ročními srážkami a výškou). Větší obce se nacházejí v teplejších nížinnějších oblastech s nižšími průměrnými ročními srážkami, kde jsou lepší podmínky pro zemědělství. Víceméně nezávislým faktorem na průměrné roční teplotě je stáří sídla, které souvisí více s nadmořskou výškou a stejně jako nadmořská výška více ovlivňuje počet nebo podíl archeofytů v extravilánu. Na druhové složení pak mají podobně jako na druhovou bohatost největší vliv klimatické faktory, další silný vliv má vlhkost stanovišť způsobená rozdílem nadmořských výšek v obci, a třetím faktorem je pak diverzita ať už způsobená diverzitou stanovišť v extravilánu (vyjádřenou jako Shanonnův index diverzity typů využití krajiny), nebo diverzitou způsobenou antropickým tlakem ve větších obcích. Statisticky nejvýznamější kombinace proměnných byly proměnné nadmořská výška, poloha obcí v příhraničí a index diverzity typu využití krajiny v extravilánu. Dohromady vysvětlují pouze 33 % variabily druhových dat, je to však nejvíc, kolik mohou vysvětlit jakékoli jiné tři proměnné. Vliv nadmořské výšky je však lépe interpretovatelný pomocí průměrné roční teploty a vliv polohy v příhraničí zase pomocí půdní vlhkosti spojené s rozdílem nadmořských výšek v obci.

Abstract:

This work deals especially with flora and its composition of eight villages in the district of Znojmo. The villages were selected with respect to their climatic and anthropic differences. Four of them are situated in the border region and they are more abandoned and four of them are situated inland and they are more amended. Also four of them have warm climate and four of them have temperate climate. I have made the survey in the years 2005, 2006 and 2007. I have wrote two lists of species in every village. One list was for the intravilan (inner part of a village) and one for the extravilan (nearest surrounding of a village). For the documentation of vegetation I have made 161 phytosociological records I have found a total number of 652 plant taxa. 50 of them are criticaly endangered, endangered and vulnerable, one was considered as extinct (Heliotropium europaeum) and one was considered as missing (almost extinct; Camelina sativa subsp. sativa). In the studied villages, greater proportion of archeophytes than proportion of neophytes occures. It shows, the villages has still its rural character. The proportion of alien species is 40,6 % and it shows similarity to villages in Bohemian Karst and to the town Plzeň. The biggest influence on species richeness (for both natural and alian species in inner part of the village as well as in the whole village) has probably the mean annual temperature. The temperature correlate with almost every other factors which has significant influence on species richeness (area of inner part of the village, population, number of houses, proportion of farm buildings area, mean annual precipitation and altitude). Larger villages occures in lowland with warmer climate, lower precipitation with better conditions for agriculture. Almost independent factor of mean annual temperature is age of the seat. The age is more dependent upon altitude. With altitude they similarly more influence the number or the proportion of archeophytes in surrounding of the village. Climatic factors has the biggest influence on species composition as well as on the species richeness. Second strong influence on the species composition has moisture in relation to difference between the highest and the lowest altitude in the village. And the third factor is diversity caused either of diversity of sites in extravilan (this is expressed with Shannon diversity index for the types of land use) or diversity caused by anthropic pressure in bigger seats. The most statistic significant combination of factors was altitude, boarderland location, and Shannon diversity index for the types of land use. This combination explains only 33 % of total variability in species data, but it is the most, what can explain any other three factors. The influence of altitude can be better described with contribution of the mean annual temperature and the boarderland localization with the humidity in relation to difference between the highest and the lowest altitude.
