Decision-making in territorial development according to new Building Act

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza procesu územního rozhodování podle zákona č. 183/2006 Sb., o územním plánování a stavebním řádu, a s tím souvisejících činností. Po krátkém zhodnocení hlavních změn, které tento zákon v oblasti územního plánování přinesl, je její další část věnována cílům, úkolům, nástrojům a orgánům územního plánování. Následující pasáž se zabývá postavením a pravomocemi dotčených orgánů, účastníků a veřejnosti v této oblasti. Analýze procesů územního řízení, jeho jednotlivých forem a druhům územních rozhodnutí se věnuje navazující kapitola a celá práce je zakončena zhodnocením legislativní úpravy v praktických souvislostech.

Abstract:

Subject of this bachelor´s work is the analysis of the process of decision-making in territorial development according to Act N.183/2006 Coll., about planning permission and building code and activities connected with that. After a short consideration of main changes which this act brought in the area of territorial planning, my work gives attention to aims, goals, instruments and bodies of territorial planning. Following part considers position and powers of touched authorities, participants and public in this subject. Next chapter addresses the analysis of the process of application for a planning permission procedure, its individual forms and kinds of planning permit.The whole work is finished with evaluation of the legislative regulation in practical relations.
