Ve své sbírce povídek, Ztracená tvář, Jack London vykresluje kruté prostředí divočiny, ve kterém odolnost a schopnosti postav jsou podrobeny mnohým zkouškám. In his collection of short stories, Lost Face, Jack London creates a cruel, wild setting in which the capability and adaptability of the characters are tested.
