Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat částí Vídeňské úmluvy, které se uplatňují v reklamačním procesu. Jejich teoretický rozbor a následná konfrontace s judikaturou.
Abstract:
The Aim of this bachleor thesis is to describe articles of Vienna Convention which apply in the complaint process. Their theoretical analysis and subsequent confrontation with the practice of the courts.
