Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem sídla Chrást od konce 19. století do současnosti. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány základní pojmy a procesy související s geografií sídel. Praktická část výzkumu zahrnuje podrobné analýzy změn v počtu a struktuře obyvatel a změn v domovním fondu v letech 1869-2011. The submitted bachelor's thesis covers the development of the Chrást settlement since the end of the 19th century. The theoretical section of the thesis provides for a definition of essential terms and processes related to the settlement's geography.
