Bakalářská práce pojednává o vývoji větrných elektráren, o jejich historických počátcích a o využití větrné energie ve prospěch člověka. This thesis deals with development of wind-powered plants, with their historical beginnings and with the use of wind energy in human's favor. In my thesis I focused on the use of wind energy from historical times to present.
