The Project of Setting up a Business in the Area of Accounting and Tax Advice

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou založení podniku v oblasti účetního a daňového poradenství. Teoretická část je zaměřena na komplexní analýzu platného legislativního rámce při zakládání podniku s důrazem na specifika konkrétní oblasti. Navazující praktická část je věnována analýze požadavků při zakládání podniku. Na základě výsledků provedené analýzy je vypracován projekt založení podniku v oblasti účetního a daňového poradenství. Závěr praktické části práce je věnován porovnání dvou alternativ financování zakládaného podniku z ekonomického hlediska.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the founding of the company in the field of accounting and tax advice. The theoretical part focuses on the comprehensive analysis of the valid legislative framework in setting up a enterprise with an emphasis on the specifics of the particular area. The following practical part is devoted to the analysis of the requirements for setting up a business. On the basis of the results of the analysis, a project for the establishment of a company in the field of accounting and tax advice has been developed. The conclusion of the practical part is devoted to the comparison of two alternatives of financing the founding enterprise from the economic point of view.
