Study of adenine complex equilibria with copper ions
Abstract:
Připravil jsem komplex adeninu s mědí ve vodě a methanolu a stanovil její obsah v tomto komplexu pomocí AAS. Pro přípravu komplexu jsem využil halogenidů mědi. Dále jsem stanovil rozpustnost jednomocné mědi ve formě CuBr z využitím AAS. Stanovovil jsem potenciometrické rovnováhy mezi ionty jednomocné a dvojmocné mědi ve vodném a metanolickém roztoku s i bez přídavků adeninu.
Abstract:
I prepared complex of adenine with copper in water and methanol and I determinated copper content in this complex by using AAS. For preparation of complex I used copper halides. Thereafter I determined solubility of copper Cu(I) in CuBr form by using AAS. I determined potentiometric balances between ions of copper Cu(I) and Cu(II)water and methanolic solution with and without additions of adenine.
