The Real Estate Cadastre of the Czech Republic and the problems of insertion into the Real Estate Cadastre
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice vkladového řízení do katastru nemovitostí. Teoretická část vysvětluje význam pojmu katastr nemovitostí, a dále, co je jeho obsahem a předmětem. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na osvětlení procesního postupu souvisejícího s povolením vkladu do katastru nemovitostí a přináší veřejnosti veškeré informace o katastru nemovitostí.
Abstract:
This Bachelor´s Work deals with problems of insertion proceedings into the Real Estate Cadastre. The theoretical part explains meaning of an expression "real estate cadastre" and its contents and objects. The practical part is focused on explanation of procedure linked with permit to insert into the Real Estate Cadastre and brings to the public all information about the Real Estate Cadastre.
