Rozhodující faktory úspěchu ve startupu

Abstract:

Tato práce je věnována problémům startupů v moderním světě. Jedním z takových problémů je skutečnost, že mnozí z nich na začátku své cesty selžou. Cílem této práce je určit univerzální kritické faktory, znalosti a aplikace kterých by mohly podnikateli pomoci uspět ve startupu.V teoretické části práce, pojem startupu a jeho zvláštnosti, různé existující přístupy, které určují kritéria pro budování úspěšných startupů byli hluboce studované, hlavní důvody neúspěchu startupů byly přezkoumáné. Samostatná kapitola je věnována takovým důležitým mechanismům pro podporu startupů, jako jsou inkubátory a akcelerátory, jejich hlavním rozdílem a výhodem pro startupy. Závěrečná kapitola teoretické části je věnována úspěchům velkých startup společností a důvodům jejich úspěchu. K dosažení uvedeného cíle byl proveden osobní průzkum 34 podnikatelů v Austinu (USA), kteří byli schopni zahájit startup a vést k úspěchu. Hodnota studie je odhalení pojmu startupa, zobecnění existujících teoretických přístupů k rozvoji startupa stejně jako identifikace fungujících kritéria pro budování úspěšného startupa.

Abstract:

This thesis is devoted to the problems of startups in the modern world. One such problem is the fact that many of them fail at the beginning of their journey. The goal of the work is to identify universal critical factors, knowledge and application of which could help the entrepreneur to succeed in a startup. In the theoretical part of the work, the concept of a startup and its features, various existing approaches that determine the criteria for building a successful startup were deeply studied, the main reasons for the failure of startups were considered. A separate chapter is devoted to such important mechanisms for support of startups as incubators and accelerators, their key differences and advantages for startups. The final chapter of the theoretical part is devoted to the success stories of large start-up companies and the reasons for their success. To achieve this goal, a personal survey was conducted 34 entrepreneurs in Austin (USA), who were able to start a startup and lead to success. The value of the study is to reveal the concept of a startup, generalization of existing theoretical approaches to the development of a startup, as well as identifying working criteria for building a successful startup.
