The work "Pension reform in the Czech Republic" is an analysis of the current pension system and the planned changes. This work is based on the functioning pension scheme till the year 2013, which rested upon two basic pillars, but the main focus of my work is to approach the upcoming changes, especially the introduction of the 2nd pillar, but also the changes that took place in the 3rd pillar.
