Abstract:

Pro téma své diplomové práce? Realizace kontaktu dítěte s agresivním rodičem v případech domácího násilí? jsem se rozhodla, protože pracuji v intervenčním centru v Plzni, kde se s domácím násilím a jeho dopady na jedince i celou rodinu setkávám velmi často. Domácí násilí je rozšířeným fenoménem, má mnoho podob a aktérů. Ve většině případů jsou obětí ženy. Soužití s násilnou osobou má devastující vliv, nejen na ženu, ale hlavně na děti. Děti se v situaci doma neumí zorientovat, ztrácejí základní pocit bezpečí a jistoty, který jim mají rodiče zajistit. Projevují se u nich změny v chování, v emocích nebo v kontaktu s okolím. Od 1.1. 2007 nabil účinnosti zákon 135/2006, kterým se mění zákony na ochranu před domácím násilím. Taktéž vznikl nový institut tzv.. ?vykázání? jenž spočívá ve správním rozhodnutí policisty o desetidenním zákazu vstupu násilné osoby do společné domácnosti s ohroženou osobou. V teoretické části popisuji fáze, formy, příčiny a možnosti intervence domácího násilí. Dále pak věnuji pozornost jeho vlivu na dětskou psychiku. V praktické části výzkumu používám a prezentuji metody analýzy dokumentů, rozhovory a případové studie klientek intervenčního centra a jejich dětí.

Abstract:

I have chosen the topic of my diploma thesis ? Implementation of the child´s contact with the aggressive parent in cases of domestic violence?, because I work in intervention center in Pilsen, where the domestic violence and its consequences has been met very often. The domestic violence is widespread phenomenon with various forms and actors. At the most of the cases, women are victimized. The living with violator has the devastating effects not only for woman, but mainly for children. They are not able to understand the situation and they lost the basic feeling of security and confidence, which should be arranged by their parents. As the consequence, disturbances of children behavior, emotions and social contacts can be seen. New act 135/2006 Sb., changing the law preview on a domestic violence, has been valid since January 2007. There has been established new status the so called ?expel?, which consists of administrative decision of policeman on 10 day ban of violator entrance into the household mutual with victim. In the theoretical part of my thesis, phases, forms, causes and possibilities of intervention of domestic violence are described. Furthermore, the focus is dedicated to its impact on the child's psyche. In the practical part, document analysis, interviews and case studies of clients at the intervention center and their children are studied and presented.
