Ve své práci se zabývám problematikou záměrného znevýhodnění otců při posuzování výchovné způsobilosti rodičů ve znaleckém posudku. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na současné možnosti porozvodové péče o děti, roli otce a matky v životě dítěte, negativní důsledky absence otce ve výchově a způsoby posuzování výchovné způsobilosti rodičů. In my work I deal with the issue of fathers deliberate disadvantage in assessing the educational qualification of parents in the expert evidence.
