Tématem této bakalářské práce bylo provést kvalitativní výzkum v oblasti motivace matek-pěstounek pro práci v SOS dětských vesničkách a doplnit tím tak obraz náhradní rodinné péče u nás. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 8 pěstounkami z brněnské SOS dětské vesničky, s nimiž jsem prováděla polostrukturované rozhovory, které jsem následně analyzovala metodou vytváření trsů. The theme of this thesis was to make a qualitative research in the field of foster-mothers' motivation to work in SOS Children's Villages, and to complete the image of substitute family care in our country.
