Abstract:
Předmětem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na příčiny problémů, které negativně ovlivňují efektivnost vymáhání daňových nedoplatků na území České republiky. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vymezení základních pojmů a objasnění jednotlivých fází vymáhacího řízení. Přínosem celé práce je navržení nástrojů vedoucích ke zvýšení úspěšnosti a účinnosti při vymáhání daňových nedoplatků.
Abstract:
The main subject of this thesis is to identify the causes of problems that negatively affect the efficiency of tax arrears enforcement in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining essential concepts and elucidation of particular stages of the enforcement process.
