Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat vliv industry 4.0 na trh práce a určit strukturální změny průmyslové pracovní síly s implementací nových technologií. Na základě několika průzkumů provedených respektovanými poradenskými společnostmi jsme dokázali stanovit a analyzovat přístupy řízení pro nadcházející změny ve výrobních a logistických procesech. Jednou z hlavních výzev pro Industry 4.0 je nedostatek kvalifikovaných zaměstnanců, které jsou určeny a možné řešení. Case studies popisují současnou fázi implementace Industry 4.0 v technologicky rozvinutých společnostech; ukazují hlavní úspěchy a výzvy během přechodného období.

Abstract:

The aim of this master thesis is to analyse the influence of Industry 4.0 on the labour market and to determine structural changes of the industrial workforce with the implementation of new technologies. Based on multiple surveys conducted by respected consultancy companies, we were able to determine and analyse management approaches for upcoming changes in manufacturing and logistics processes. One of the main challenges includes a lack of qualified employees for Industry 4.0, which are determined and possible solutions provided. Case studies represent a current implementation stage of Industry 4.0 in technology-developed companies; it shows the main successful points and challenges during the transition period.
