Předkládaná diplomová práce se zaměřuje na peněţitý trest v českém trestním právu, který je důleţitou alternativou k trestům odnětí svobody a jehoţ právní úprava prošla v posledních letech výraznými změnami. The presented diploma thesis focuses on the institute of pecuniary penalty in the Czech criminal law, which is an important alternative in comparison with imprisonment and its legislation has been significantly changed in recent years.
