Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá výhodami a nevýhodami partnerských forem soužití, kterými jsou manželství a nesezdané soužití. U manželství i nesezdaného soužití práce pojednává o samotných definicích těchto pojmů, jejich historii, pohledu českého práva na dané typy soužití, zkoumá jejich právní úprava vzniku a poukazuje právě na výhody a nevýhody, které mají vliv na každodenní život jedinců v daných typů soužití. Lidé, kteří žijí v nesezdaném soužití a nepomýšlejí na pozdější život v manželském svazku by si měli být vědomi se všemi výhodami a nevýhodami, které jim jejich forma partnerského soužití přináší. Mnohé nesezdané páry si neuvědomují své obtížné právní postavení a následky, které to může nést.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the advantages and disadvantages of partnership forms of cohabitation, which are marriage and unmarried cohabitation. For both marriage and unmarried cohabitation, the thesis discusses the definitions of these terms, their history, the view of Czech law on these types of cohabitation, examines their legal regulation of their formation and points out the advantages and disadvantages that affect the everyday life of individuals in these types of cohabitation. People who live in unmarried cohabitation and do not think about later life in a married union should be aware of all the advantages and disadvantages that their form of cohabitation brings to them. Many unmarried couples are unaware of their difficult legal position and the consequences this can bring.
