Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vliv osobního kontaktu na výběr vysoké školy. V teoretické části jsou popsány klíčové pojmy z oblasti marketingu, marketingového mixu a marketingové komunikace, včetně rozhodovacího procesu spotřebitele a komunikačních strategií.
